How does WorldPaket work?
Worldpaket offers international buyers a Turkish & German delivery address that you can use when ordering from online shops. The online store ships your purchases to Worldpaket, we ship it to you and you save on international shipping costs.

We strive to keep our members happy 24/7. If you need further assistance, you can contact WorldPaket in two ways:

Email: Send an email from our contact page. We will respond shortly, usually within 24 hours.
Receiving packages:
WorldPaket receives packages six days a week. Your package will appear as delivered and then cataloged before being added to your account. You will receive an email when each package is added to your account.
Processing time after delivery is usually 24-48 hours. The receiving department works Monday through Friday, so packages received on Saturday or Sunday will show up in your account the following Monday.
Sending packages:
Our shipping team works from Monday to Saturday from 09:00 to 17:00. Urgent shipping requests received before 3pm ET will be processed the same business day. The regular processing of the shipments takes place on the following working day after the application. Broadcasts prepared on Saturdays may not show movement in the pursuit until the following Monday.
